MemoQ 2015 keeps freezing after update to 7.8.167

Hello!

My MemoQ 2015 just updated to 7.8.167. Since then it keeps freezing (no input possible) for 20 - 30 seconds at a time. Has anyone else experienced this problem or does anyone know how to fix it.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
