Je traduis du français à l'espagnol une procédure et tout en haut, pour le contexte je mets la phrase entière, il est stipulé:
CERTIFICAT.
"Il est certifié par le présent qu'à la date de ce jour, aucun appel n'a été fait au greffe de ce tribunal."

JE PROPOSE:
"Se hace constar por la presente que a la fecha de hoy , no hubo ninguna apelación en la secretaría de este tribunal."
