Buon pomeriggio a tutti,

nella ricetta di "Geschmorte Kalbskopfbacken" tra i vari ingredienti c'è:

400 ml Jus oder Bratensauce

Bratensaunce se non erro è "salsa per arrosto"? Ma "jus" invece? L'ho trovato non tradotto su alcuni siti italiani, ma volevo chiedere conferma se sia effettivamente usato.

Come ulteriore informazione, alla fine della ricetta cè specificato: "Jus oder Demi Glace gibt es in beinahe allen Delikatessenläden zu kaufen."

Bratensauce è come dici tu salsa (o sugo) per arrosto ed è la variante più veloce della ricetta sopra.
