第1条（解约）
１．甲方，任何时候都可以解除对乙方的委托，并且，终止该委托案件。但是，甲方在不可归责于乙方的情况下解除对乙方的委托时，没得到乙方的同意而终止本案件，或者由于故意或者重大过失，导致本案件无法处理时，乙方有权向甲方索取一部或者全部的报酬。
２．乙方根据应归责于甲方的事由而判断甲乙双方的信赖关系已经无法维持时，乙方可以随时解除本合约。
第2条（中途解约时律师费的处理）
本合同终止时，从预付金中扣除实际费用，所剩余额返还给甲方。但是，已经受领的着手金，原则上不予返还。		Translation - Japanese
第1条（解約）
１．甲は，何時でも乙を解任し，また，委託した事件等を終了させることができる。但し，甲が乙の責めに帰すことのできない事由により乙を解任したとき，乙の同意なく事件等を終了させたとき又は故意若しくは重大な過失により事件等の処理を不能にしたときは，乙は，甲に対し，報酬金の一部または全部を請求することができる。
２．乙は，甲の責めに帰すべき事由により，甲乙間の信頼関係を維持できない状態になったと判断したときは，何時でも本契約を解除することができる。
第2条（中途解約の場合の弁護士報酬の処理）
本契約が終了したときは，預かり金から諸費用を控除の上精算し，その残額を甲に返還する。但し，受領済みの手数料は，原則として返還しない。
