Hi,
Using SDL Trados Studio 2014 SP2 - 11.2.4435.12, I get the following error message when trying to create a new project and to add an IDML file in the Project Files window:
"The selected IDML file was created by an unsupported version of Adobe InDesign and will not be processed."
I have already tried to apply the workflow described in the article KB #5245 on the SDL website (http://producthelp.sdl.com/kb/Articles/5245.html), unfortunately without success. When right-clicking on the IDML file in the Project Files window and changing the file usage to Translatable, I still get the following error message:
“The file usage of 1 of the 1 selected files was not changed to translatable, because no matching file type could be found. You have to add a suitable file type via Project Settings. ”

Thanks a lot for your help! I selected "Process unsupported file versions" in the general Project Settings window, but not for the current project. Only now did I realize that, while generating the new project, you have to tick this option in the Project Files window under "File Types" as well. Now it worked!
Thanks, Tamara
