word count in Visio ?

I have just finished a job in Visio and am unable to find any way of counting the words.
Can anybody help ?

Convert to PDF. Jul 15, 2004

You may convert the file into a PDF file.
Then copy the all the words in the PDF to a WORD file.
Then count in WORD.
