Hola,
espero que alguien me pueda ayudar. Me acaban de pedir un presupuesto para la traducción de unos poemas y me suena que al ser una obra literaria no se aplica IVA. Es cierto? Soy autónoma. También me gustaría saber qué pasa con el IRPF. Acabo de leer que si el presupuesto es para una empresa nacional sí que se aplica pero si es un particular, no. En el caso de una editorial cómo seria?

En principio, la obra literaria es (o era) exento de IVA. Yo siempre imputo el IRPF a mis clientes, pero si están en otro país de la UE, es posible que que no se aplica ni IVA ni IRPF...

Muchas gracias!! Ya está, lo investigué y efectivamente para obras literarias no se aplica IVA pero al ser una editorial de España sí que tendré que restar el IRPF. Por si le sirve a alguien.
