Report from the National Drug and Health Products Safety Agency Clinical Trial with Baricitinib

VASC section
Explanation:
The ANSM has a series of "pôles" governing clinical trials in various medical areas. This is one of them:

"Evaluation et autorisation des essais cliniques de médicaments
[...]
Direction Produits 2CARDIO
Pôle VASC
Médicaments en cardio-vasculaire, thrombose, métabolisme, rhumatologie, stomatologie
Pôle ENDOC
Médicaments en endocrinologie, gynécologie, urologie, pneumologie, ORL, allergologie"
[...]
https://www.ansm.sante.fr/Activites/Medicaments-et-produits-...

The literal translation "pole" for "pôle" would sound odd, I think; something like "section" would be more natural.

At any rate, I would say that this had better be left as it is. A note of explanation could be added, saying that it is responsible for overseeing trials of drugs in the areas mentioned. Baricitinib is a rheumatoid arthritis drug, so it would come under rheumatology, which is within the remit of the VASC section.
