I am an American lawyer and translator, with over 15 years of experience practicing law in multiple complex fields. My areas of practice include litigation and transactional work in civil rights, corporate, employment, environmental, finance, insurance, product liability, and real estate law.

I have studied Spanish language and culture at the Universidad de León in León, Spain, the University of Washington in Seattle, and in Quito, Ecuador. The Spanish government has awarded me the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language), level C2. C2 is the highest fluency level in the European language accreditation system.

The American Translators Association has certified me as a translator for Spanish into English translation. I am a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association (inactive) and the American Translators Association. I am admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington.
