Translation - English Fe (III) was added to the Cr (VI) solution, which was then irradiated, leading to the concentration decrease of the resulting solution by 10.1%. Similarly, the concentration of BPA solution was decreased by 15.5%. The results could be attributed to the formation of diverse Fe-OH complexes in the presence of Fe(III) in the aqueous solution at pH 3.0 (the most sufficient Fe(OH)2 complexes exhibited the strongest optical activity). The photolysis of these complexes [18] (equation of Fe (OH) 2 hν → of Fe2 • of OH) generated Fe (II) and •OH that allowed the reduction of Cr (VI) to Cr (III) and the oxidation of BPA, respectively.

Source text - Chinese 目的: 探讨术前给予常规剂量的阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗( PCI) 病人围手术期心肌损伤的影响。方法: 将475例欲行PCI 的急性冠状动脉综合征病人随机分为对照组(238例) 和试验组(237例) 。对照组给予常规剂量阿托伐他汀钙片( 20 mg / 次, 1 次/ 晚) , 试验组给予常规剂量阿托伐他汀钙片加服盐酸曲美他嗪( 20 mg/ 次, tid) , 治疗3 d;随后分别行PCI。测定PCI 术前及术后24 h 的血清肌酸激酶-M B 同工酶( CK- MB) 、心脏肌钙蛋白I( cTnI) 、超敏C-反应蛋白( hs-CRP) 浓度和髓过氧化物酶(MPO) 活性, 随访PCI 后4 周时病人的左室射血分数。结果: 试验组病人PCI 术后24 h 的cT nI 水平显著低于对照组( P < 0. 05) , MPO 活性升高值明显低于对照组( P< 0. 05) 。两组病人在术后24 h 的CK-MB 活性和hs-CRP 水平变化无显著差异( P> 0. 05) 。结论: 术前3 d 给予常规剂量的阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪联合治疗, 对PCI 围手术期病人的心肌损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Translation - English Purpose: Effects of preoperative administration of conventional doses of atorvastatin plus trimetazidine on the myocardial injury of patients during the perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) have been explored. Methods: 475 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients before PCI were randomly divided into the control group (238 cases) and experimental group (237 cases). The control group was treated with conventional doses of atorvastatin calcium (20 mg each time, once a night), and the experimental group was treated with conventional doses of atorvastatin calcium plus trimetazidine hydrochloride (20 mg each time, tid) for 3 d. After PCI, preoperative and postoperative 24 h concentrations of serum creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB), cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) as well as activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) were investigated. Left ventricular ejection fractions of the patients were then examined 4 weeks later. Results: Postoperative 24 h cTnI concentration and elevated MPO activity of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 0 05). Conclusion: The administration of conventional doses of atorvastatin plus trimetazidine 3 days before PCI is able to protect the perioperative patients from myocardial injury.
