It is the responsibility of PSM to create Procurement Sourcing Plan for the coming year at the beginning of every year. The Plan is created based on the Annual Plan inputs from Controlling Department and the inputs from Requestors/Budget Owners. The plan takes into consideration both backward and forward data in terms of spend (planned, historical), Contracts (valid, expired) etc.
Procurement Sourcing Plan contains but is not limited to:
• The list of all Sourcing Projects planned for the following year
• The name of the responsible Budget Owner
• The name of the responsible Buyer
• The budgeted amount planned for the sourcing
• The timelines planned for the execution of the Sourcing
