Source text - English Contributions and Capital Accounts. The Initial Member has subscribed for capital in the Company, in the amount refer-enced on Schedule A. The subscribed capital shall be paid in by the Initial Member within 6 months of the formation date of the Company, in cash, property, services or promissory obligations, at his/her/its sole discretion. Except as otherwise agreed by the Manger and a Majority of the Members, the Initial Member shall have no right or obligation to make any further capital.
