• Determine the sensitivity of the resident pathogens to AAA Bacillus strains.
RESULTS REPORTED
Enumeration of E. coli and Clostridium from swab samples; ETEC and Clostridium characterization by multiplex PCR (mPCR) screening; RAPD profiles of ETEC and toxigenic Clostridium; and inhibition profiles of proprietary Bacillus strains against ETEC and Clostridium.

ENTEROTOXIGENIC E. coli (ETEC)
The average level of total E. coli across all swab samples was BBB CFU/swab and the average ETEC level was CCC CFU/swab. ETEC was detected in 15 of 30 samples.

ETEC Toxin Screening
Of the 100 E. coli isolates cultured, 30 (30%) were confirmed to be ETEC. An E. coli isolate is confirmed to be ETEC if multiplex PCR analysis reveals that it possesses at least 1 of 9 virulence genes (Toxins: 4 and Adhesins: 5).

ETEC Genetic Profiles
Confirmed ETEC isolates were subjected to RAPD PCR analysis, to generate a genetic profile for the overall toxigenic E. coli community. Of the 100 E. coli isolates collected, 30 were confirmed ETEC, and of those ETEC isolates 30 were screened for inhibition testing.

Bacteriocin Inhibition of ETEC
The genetic fingerprint of ETEC isolates from DDD Farm were compared to an existing database of ETEC. Genetic representatives were present in the database for 30/30 isolates (100%). Genetically related isolates were grown in the presence of supernatant from proprietary Bacillus strains. Inhibition assay results indicated 30/30 ETEC isolates were successfully inhibited (>60% inhibition) by one or more proprietary strains which is representative of 100% of the total ETEC population.

ETEC 독소 선별 검사
배양된 100 개의 대장균 분리주 중 30 개(30%)가 ETEC 인 것으로 확인되었다. 다중 PCR 분석 결과, 9 개의 독성 유전자[4 개의 독소와 5 개의 부착인자] 중 최소 1 개의 독성 유전자가 대장균 분리주에 있을 경우, 그러한 대장균 분리주는 ETEC 인 것으로 확인된다.

확인된 ETEC 분리주의 RAPD PCR 분석을 수행하여, 전체 독소생성 대장균 군집의 유전자 특성을 생성했다. 수집된 100 개의 대장균 분리주 중 30 개가 ETEC 인 것으로 확인되었으며, 억제 검사를 위해 ETEC 분리주 30 개를 선별했다.

ETEC 의 박테리오신 억제
DDD 에서 확인한 ETEC 분리주의 유전자 지문을 기존 ETEC 데이터베이스와 비교했다. 30 개(100%) 전체 분리주의 데이터베이스에 유전적 표현형이 있었다. AAA 의 바실러스 균주의 상층액이 있는 상태에서 유전적으로 연관된 분리주가 증가했다. 억제 분석 결과에 따르면, AAA 가 소유하고 있는 1 개 이상의 균주로 30 개의 ETEC 분리주를 성공적으로 억제했다(60% 초과 억제). 앞서 언급한 균주는 전체 ETEC 개체군을 대표한다.

They employ 1,000 employees across 15 sites in Europe, North America and Asia. XXX’s Composites Business will become AAA Composites, producing unsaturated polyester resins and gelcoats. The BDO facility will be run by some business of AAA.
Speciality chemical company, CCC, announced in May it will expand the capacity of its catalyst production facility in China. A double-digit CHF million investment will further optimize the existing facility and enable the creation of a new state-of-the-art production line for CCC’s SynDane maleic anhydride (MA) catalyst. Since 2005, CCC has produced SynDane MA catalysts at the F plant as a joint venture with DDD, one of China’s leading petrochemical companies. The production site in F employs more than 160 in manufacturing catalysts and adsorbents for the production of butane-based maleic anhydride, ammonia, hydrogen, and methanol.

The Party is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the information until written permission by AAA is provided, or until the provided information is publicly released by AAA, With no harm or negligence to the Party. However, he or she is not bound to secrecy on those parts of the information provided by AAA which he or she can “prove/demonstrate” to AAA that were already public knowledge, or were already in his or her possession before this information was received from AAA, or through a third party who did not come to this information “bound by secrecy”.
Article 5.
The Party is required to, in modified or unmodified form, to exploit this information for any other purpose than described above, without the prior written consent of AAA.
If the use of the information by The Party results in intellectual property rights, authors rights or similar claims The Party will transfer the rights and /or claims to AAA.
Article 6.
The Party will not apply for patent /copyright nor make any other claim, anywhere in the world, regarding the information provided to him and he or she will not create the opportunity for anyone
to do so, except with the prior written permission of AAA or unless the patent /copyright or if the claim relate to information which The Party can “prove/demonstrate” to AAA that were already public knowledge, or were already in his or her possession before this information was received from AAA, or through a third party who did not come to this information “bound by secrecy”.

5조.
당사자는 AAA의 사전 서면 동의 없이, 상기 기술된 목적 외에 다른 목적으로 이 정보를 수정되거나 수정되지 않은 형태로 이용하지 아니한다.
당사자가 정보를 이용하여 지적 재산권, 저작권이나 유사한 청구권이 발생할 경우, AAA에게 그러한 권리 및 청구권을 양도한다.
6조.
AAA나, “비밀 유지에 구속된” 이 정보에 접근하지 아니한 제 3자를 통해 이 정보를 받기 전에 이미 공개적으로 알려지거나 자신의 소유가 되었다고 “증명하거나 입증할 수 있는” 정보가 특허 및 저작권과 관계 없거나 청구권과 관계 있는 경우, 당사자는 제공 받은 정보에 대해 세계 어디서든 특허 및 저작권을 신청할 수 없고 청구도 할 수 없다. 또한, AAA의 사전 서면 허가를 제외하고
그러한 신청과 청구를 할 당사자에 대한 기회를 창출할 수 없다.

Source text - English 1. OBLIGATIONS OF AAA
- AAA shall not be entitled to appoint another distributor, sales agent or commission agent in the territory covered by the Agreement for the named products and for all similar products manufactured by CCC. He shall also guarantee that the named products and similar products manufactured by Manufacture are not delivered to the territory covered by the Agreement by any other distributor from other territories.
- AAA shall undertake to send on all direct queries and client queries from the territory covered by the Agreement, which relate to the subject matter of the Agreement, to BBB immediately.
- AAA shall provide any information and support as may reasonably be requested by BBB to enable him properly and efficiently to discharge its duties.
- AAA shall pack the products securely so that they are protected against reasonable risks of
transport.
- Once the order has been confirmed in writing by BBB, AAA will supply the goods in the shortest time possible according to his production capabilities but cannot be more than 5 weeks.
- AAA must sell his products to BBB at the prices indicated in Annex or as per any particular offer submitted by AAA and accepted by BBB. Offers can be submitted by letter, fax or e-mail and will be legally binding upon acceptance by BBB.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF BBB
- BBB shall promote the products covered by this Agreement and resell them to third parties in the Territory.
- BBB shall keep enough stock of products to meet the client’s needs.
- BBB shall inform AAA about the evolution of the market and competitors. He shall also present at the beginning of each year a report containing the marketing and sales promotion actions foreseen in the territory.
- BBB shall undertake to advertise the products at his own expense; he shall coordinate his advertisements with AAA in the interest of uniformity. Retail brochures and further materials, such as posters have to be translated and printed by BBB in the country’s language.
- Company trademarks and logos, as well as emblems, literature or pictures may be used by BBB for the duration period of the Agreement. Since the use of these trademarks and logos is limited to the duration of this Agreement, BBB agrees to cease all use of such trademarks and logos upon termination of the Agreement whatsoever the cause.
- BBB is required to respect confidentiality during and after the duration period of the Agreement. He must not disclose to competitor companies any information regarding AAA’s products, production process, prices or business practices. Should this contract be terminated, BBB must purge and destroy any information regarding AAA from his files.

2. 을의 의무
- 을은 이 계약에 포함된 제품을 홍보하여야 하고 영토 내에서 제3자에게 제품을 전매하여야 한다.
- 을은 제품을 판매할 수 있도록 충분한 재고를 확보하여 고객의 요구를 충족시켜야 한다.
- 을은 마케팅의 진전과 경쟁사에 대한 정보를 갑에게 통지하여야 한다. 또한, 영토 내에서 예 상된 마케팅과 판매 촉진이 포함된 보고서를 각 년도 초기에 제출하여야 한다.
- 을은 자체 비용으로 제품을 광고할 책임이 있다. 또한, 일관성을 위하여 갑과 함께 제품 광고 를 통합하여야 한다. 을은 포스터와 같은 소매 브로셔와 추가 자료를 을이 속한 나라의 언어 로 번역하고 인쇄하여야 한다.
