tu chodzi o skreslenie z listy studentow, a nie relegowanie z uniwersytetu.
na jedno wychodzi, ale w oryginale jest "skreslony z listy"

dlatego moim zdaniem "remove" (removed) pasuje tu jak najbardziej.

disagree Jean-Jacques Granas : You can withdraw money from the bank or your child from school, but not a student from univesrsity. No one deposited or inserted him there. He has been expelled, thrown out, or even kicked out if his misdeeds were serious enough. :-) Cheers

propozycja dosłowna. trudno o bardziej neutralne określenie, bo przecież samo skreślenie jest karą.
