It depends on what the advert itself looks like. The three dots are intentional and a part of the suggestion, especially if the advert is simply a shot of the perfume. They are not meant to indicate that the name should follow the given phrase.

Re. the discussion above - I assumed the copywriter had in mind that the perfume reflects the fact that a person has 'many faces' (i.e. aspects to their personality) and that wearing this perfume is a way of expressing those 'faces'. Therefore, the perfume itself has 'many faces - as many as it's wearer, no doubt . . . :-)
