I have searched through the many possible answers given for this term in other contexts but none of them seem to fit this specific context.

: "frais de poursuites"&"intérets de retard" are not merely unitemized but rather are not included in the total. The category is put down for the record without a specific claim attached at the time of the writing. Itemisation is not the issue.
