Acho que depende do formato.
"Tortinha" pode ser "tartlet" (que nem sempre é doce).

agree Gilmar Fernandes : Yes, tartlet. The emphasis being on the diminuitive "inha". Like I explained on my previous answer on this very same subject....but I suppose we can only suggest :)) torta = pie / tortinha = tartlet or patty (something smaller than a pie)
