Yo diría que en este caso, tuition no significa matrícula, puesto que el texto habla de servicios: "such services". Aunque no sé si hará referencia a una frase anterior, que no aparece aquí.

A menos que el público sea español, evitaría el uso de "coste" y "matriculación"; sugiero "importe" o "cuota", junto con "colegiatura" (o "matrícula").
