Yep, that sounds right - he's being compensated for his extra contribution.
Note from asker:
There is no reference to share capital, but I think this makes the most sense. The preceding sentence starts out "En el ano 2011, ingreos anuales del Sr. X fueron de $xxx." So it seems that he would gain additional revenue/income from values per share increasing. What do you think?
