Spanish term

por el apoyo... en una gran labor comercial

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Investment Funds
Investment Fund Range (Spain)

I'm not entirely sure how these two parts of the sentence are linked. I'm assuming that "por el apoyo" means "due to the support", but does "en" mean "with" or "of" or something else here.

I think that "red" is referring to the bank's network (presumably of branches).

Any clarification would be much appreciated.

"La gama (name) es un éxito por el apoyo, desde su lanzamiento en (date), en una gran labor commercial de la red y en el compromise hacia los clients de una información de calidad, clara, sencilla y transparente."

Ruth Ramsey (asker) Jan 13, 2015:
By the way, the thing that has been a success is the "gama", which relates to a particular range of funds.
Ruth Ramsey (asker) Jan 13, 2015:
Could it perhaps mean, "The XXX range is successful in supporting"? I think it comes down to what "por" means here. Does it mean "by" or "for"?

My take is that the business has been a success, but as part of the larger effort of the network. I think that the sentence needs to be reworded as below. I think that "comercial" is redundant here - it's quite clear what kind of work is involved.

Since its launch, the range has been a success due to the support and hard work of the network and its/the network's commitment to...
Note from asker:
Sounds as though you could be along the right lines here, Edward.

agree philgoddard : I don't think you can ignore "comercial", though. It means "sales", so I'd say "the sales network".
