on an IEP from Puerto Rico
Grado que cursará el estudiante: EEM
The child is 9 years old. The IEP does not mention what grade he is in now. (An IEP is an Individualized Education Plan for a child with special needs. This child has "specific learning problems," with a diagnosis of ADHD and conduct problems.)
Maybe Educación Especial para Menores? Maybe the student will just be placed in Special Ed without identifying a grade, just teaching him at the grade levels according to his present levels of academic functioning?

| I saw these already. That´s why I suggested Educación Especial para Menores, changing Mayores to Menores. But it´s only a guess. And yes, he is 9 years old. It gives his birthdate as well as age on the IEP. |
| Wouldn't Escuela de Enseñanza Media be middle school? That would be at least 5th or 6th grade, but this child would only be promoted to 4th grade at best, since he is barely 9.05 years old. |
