Tengo dudas de cómo traducir lo siguiente:
Enfermería de urgencias, emergencias y catástrofes.
En este caso tengo que diferenciar entre urgencias y emergencias (no solo usar "emergency nursing"), y además añadir lo de catástrofes. Se me ocurren varias opciones, pero la verdad es que ninguna me convence.
¿Alguna sugerencia?

I think this covers all of the separate meanings of the source sentence. There is definitely a separate category of "disaster nursing" ... I never knew this before, but when I look it up today I find 257,000 Google hits for this phrase.

To better understand this Spanish "enfermería de catástrofes" term (which I've not seen before) I looked it up. Here is just part of the text (edited, but see link below):
En un desastre o una catástrofe… el papel de la Enfermería puede ser crucial…para actuar en situaciones similares a las vividas tras el terremoto de Haití de 2010, el brote del ébola de 2014 o la actual guerra en Siria.
I still think that "disaster nursing" fits this best in English, and there enough convincing examples of this phrase when you look online.

Emergency care nursing
Podría traducirlo literalmente como "Urgent, emergency and catastrophic care nursing", pero todo eso a mí no me parece necesario. Todos estos tipos de cuidado se consideran lo mismo en Inglés.

: You need to give us some evidence that "de urgencias" can be translated as "accident." Also ... not one of the examples in this google link applies to nursing or medicine.

: I disagree with Joseph here. A+E stands for Accident and Emergency and in Spain that's "Urgencias".

En los Ee.Uu., se usa el término "catastrophic" en contexto de enfermería; jamás me he encontrado con "disaster nursing," pero talvez otros sí lo han encontrado. Y se distingue, muchas veces pero no siempre, entre "urgent" y "emergency." (En tales casos, "emergency" insinúa peligro mortal más que "urgent".)

: Hi Stephen. Can you provide any examples of "catastrophic care nursing" as a nursing specialty? I don't find any. You would certainly find "disaster nursing" if you only look.
