Que la Dirección de Evaluación y Control de Biológicos y Radiofármacos del Instituto Nacional de Medicamentos ha tomado intervención en el área de su competencia, ******obrando el informe****** de evaluación aceptable de esa Dirección.
¿Quiere decir "que tienen, que consta el informe? No entiendo bien esa parte.
