This very odd expression is in a text about sailing in Greece, maybe it's a typo??:

The text refers to the work of Jean-Yves le Fourn, Breton illustrator who's knwon in particular for his use of stencil and stickers as a form of expression. Hens are one of his pet subjects. The expression "coller une poule" in this context means "to attach on a wall a sticker representaing a hen made by Le Fourn"
Discussion
Jenny: Given the context, marketing copy aimed at English speakers, I'd be tempted to leave this out and put a translator's note saying why. It takes too much explaining, and is of little or no interest unless you're French.
The one I see doesn't have the word "Hydra" anywhere - just a typical Breton street with some hen stickers ...
