Demnach müsste es sich um Beschäftigte in Gesundheitseinrichtungen handeln, die in der belgischen paritätischen Kommission 330 eingruppiert sind und für die kein nationaler Tarifvertrag mit speziellen Regelungen zu Entlohnung und Arbeitsbedingungen geschlossen wurde. Passt das in den Kontext?
