MUDr= M.D. Other two stays as is

CSc stands for Kandidat ved (Candidate of science), first scientific title under the old communist Academy of Science nomenklature, Doc = Docent, was the next higher step, and the highest was DrSC Doktor Ved, Doctor of Science
