agree Charlesp : yes, but depending upon the text and what it is going to be used for, you might want to add a word, as the English term has a particular meaning - ie it refers specifically to taxpayer who is paying taxes as an individual and not as a partnership or other

Thank you for your comment, Charles. I think the word "utlending" demonstrates that we're talking about an individual - if it was a partnership or company, I would use "utenlandsk" plus another word.
