Don't think this is English Looks like someone has invented the word, perhaps it comes from the Slovene word "kopistika". It might be worth posting a Slovene-English question about that, just to make sure.

Copiere/Reproducere Cred ca e vorba de copiere/reproducere, din pacate vad ca nici in engleza nu sunt prea multe referinte pentru "copistics" ...

Eu cred ca acesta este sensul. Este foarte posibil ca termenul de "copistics" sa fie imprumutat in limba engleza, dupa cum a sugerat si colegul Shortall, dar tind sa cred ca el provine din franceza (respectiv din latina), asa cum si "copist" din limba romana a intrat in limba pe aceeasi filiera:
