Script for a Persiana-Jones look-alike. This is the scene:
The hero is slumped against the jail cell wall, eyes closed, knocked-out. A pebble bounces off his cheek, but there is no response. Another pebble careens off his nose. The hero stirs momentarily, then sinks back in unconsciousness. A moment later, something more like a rock smacks the hero squarely in the head. He jumps awake at the impact and looks around dazed.
*******
And then there's the speaker note I have to translate
Hero: (coming-to)
What could "coming-to" mean in this context? Coming back to senses?
