I second Michael, to do any better than just guesswork :-), we have to know at least the other prompts.

I suspect the instruction has something to do with whether or not the examiner is to know what medication the patient is taking. It would be helpful to know what the other IVRS prompts say.

This is a clinical study with both blinded and open label phase. No further context.
