promotion
Never an easy term to translate, in this context I would probably go for promotion, giving something like this:
"Promoting the use of organic products in agriculture increases the organic matter soil content and provides a source of macro and micro-nutrients for soil."
except that I don't like the use of "organic matter" here - too many repetitions, but you get the gerenal idea

DRY
: VALORIZATION meansto determine the quantity or level or something: e.g. , the VALORIZATION of bacteria in a tissue culture. It has nothing to do with enhancement; it is a way of MEASURING quantities

so, infact you disagree? Valorization does not exist in English.....

Comment: "Thanks Josephine. Just the word I needed. The author wanted it to have a meaning which is closer to "upgrading" than just "use"."

according to Robert&Collins, also "to increase the value of"

il ne s\'agit ici ni de promotion, ni de populariser, etc... - simplement de récupérer et de réutiliser un \"déchet\" (boues d\'assainissement souvent \"valorisées\" sous forme d\'épandage comme amendement organique).

"valorisation" is one of those words with no easy one-off translation (giving economic value to, monetization, recycling, downcycling, etc. etc.). To boot, it works easily in French where things would be much simpler in English.
Here I think you can get away with "use". One "uses" sewage treatment plant sludge, for example, in agriculture because a) it is a cheap fertilizer, b) it is practically compulsory, c) it does indeed fertilize, etc. Were it not something that actually "valorise", it would not be used, surely!

That\'s \"yusse\", as a noun.

Hmmm. Promoting the use of organic products in agriculture will only increase the organic matter soil content if the promotion works, i.e. people actually use them. Using them will work come what may.
