What word(s) comes after 'filières d'expertise'? I initially was set to agree with 'field of expertise', but it does not seem to fit with the preceding two elements of the framework described (parcours d'integration, promotion interne)

pole[s] of expertise

"Poles of expertise" seems to crystallise what some companies regard as their strategic strengths (ie broadly speaking, strategic activities of the company). I think it's closer to original intent than than "field of expertise"
Example sentence:
