In the absence of further context I'm assuming this is referring to a company 'which has unique...' or 'with unique...'. If it's an individual, you could say 'who has unique...'
Expertise might work for 'savoir' if it's referring to practical skills as well as just knowledge.

This depends on the context... This would be the sentence if "Un savoir" refers to general knowledge and not very specific knowlege such as how to operate a piece of machinery.
