: agree with Philip-is definitely warm-in fact often on menu as warm chèvre en croûte. depends on how sophisticated the restaurant expects its customer to be :-)

indeed - its difficult to know where to pitch menu translations, as so often most of it would go untranslted if it first appeared in an english restaurant - depends if they want an english version of the menu or an explanation I supposes!
