dont le règlement interviendra par BOR
French to English
Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
From legal contract:
A réception de ce relevé, AOL adressera à LBA une facture dont le règlement interviendra par BOR à 60 jours fin de mois à l’adresse suivante...
I don't quite understand the phrase. I have BOR as "promissory notes", but don't know if there's a set phrase in English for the above.
Thanks :-)

Billet à Ordre-Relevé (BOR)
Le billet à ordre est un écrit par lequel une personne appelée souscripteur (le débiteur ou client) reconnaît sa dette et s'engage à payer à une autre personne appelée bénéficiaire (le créancier ou fournisseur) une certaine somme à une époque déterminée. A la différence de la Lettre de Change Relevé qui est toujours un acte commercial, le billet à ordre peut être, selon les cas, soit un acte civil, soit un acte commercial.

invoice to be settled 60 days from the end of the month as stipulated in the EPN
Hello-
A *BOR* is simply an electronic promissory note (EPN). The invoice is scheduled to be paid 60 days from the end of the month. This is stipulated in the promissory note, unlike a bill of exchange which only acts in a commercial sense. In this case, one has promised to settle payment 60 days from the end of the month. Thus, a promissory note can represent not only a "commercial action" (transactions, agreements, etc) , but also a " civic action" (mere obligations and duties of citizens/community).
Short explanation of my translation:
"Le règlement interviendra" literally means "the settlement will take place."
*Par BOR* means "by an electronic promissory note." In other words, the BOR will enforce the settlement of the invoice amount 60 days...month. This is stipulated in the note.
"à 60 jours fin de mois" means "60 days from the end of the month"
I hope this helps. Good luck!
