..nous avions fixé une nouvelle offre au prix de 9000€ hors frais accompagnée d'un chèque de banque complémentaire de 3.200€
My try:
We set a new offer at the price of 9000€ excluding charges accompagné of an additional cheque (I suppose chèque de banque is just translated by "cheque"?)
