: My R&C also says "rennet stomach". No context issue here. Knowing the parts of a cow's stomach was a requisite in primary school in the 70s, but I suppose it's no longer taught//Oh I see, a matter of registry. Thanks, I didn't know.

Thanks, Philippe. Yes, I also know rennet bag which is kind of what I meant with "context". Depends how technical you want to be, as Howard says.
