Reduction in the consumption of casings

I'm not a native speaker, but to me the "conso" here obviously refers to "consommation", hence my suggested translation.

"Caisson" can have a number of translations, but in a HVAC context Termium translates it as 'filter casing', GDT as 'caisson'.

or "Reduction in (filter) casing consumption" which sounds more natural in English.
