CHI probably stands for something with "health" and "insurance" but wouldn't mean anything to anyone. It brings to mind those machines they used to sell on QVC that wobble all your bits about.

Comment: "Ja, das ist auch meine Befürchtung gewesen, dass dieser Begriff "CHI-physician" kein "native speaker" richtig versteht. Im Zweifelsfall also , besonders bei Realia, die ausführliche Lösung.
