: "Outfitting" is what you get at a tailor's (e.g. gentlemen's outfitters). Boats are "fitted-out"- so "fitting-out" here. IMO, UKE, ps guessing ain't allowed- see new rules- but nothing stated regarding an an "educated guess" .
