This is an unusual and unprofessional term when referring to rifles. In pistols, פסי דריכה would be cocking serrations (part of the slide of a pistol), but for rifles I would need more context to identify the exact type, as rifles have cocking handles that may or may not be rigidly connected to the bolt carrier group.
