Latin term

Ministeriis Pecuniariis

Latin to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
This is from the National University of Ireland. The person (graduate) received a diploma in the above subject (would you translate it as "Financial Planning" "Financial Management"?) but no degree is specified in this diploma. I tried to find a program online to see to what it could correspond but I did not succeed. Relying on the etymology of "ministerium" is not so helpful as the meaning likely expanded.

In short, I would like to know how you would translate this as a subject in which someone received a diploma.

Thank you.

Financial Services

There is a programme Bachelor of Financial Services at The Institute of Banking which is in fact
"a recognised college of University College Dublin (UCD) and
the standout banking industry educator, we offer qualifications of
the highest standard".

and also, a certain A. R. whose degree in M. P. can be found in the registry of foreign degrees of Luxembourg (in French)
http://data.legilux.public.lu/file/eli-etat-adm-memorial-201...

have in fact precisely the degree: Bachelor of Financial Services - University College Dublin

So that is what I would use, Financial Services
