I think this might be it - the difference between the other terms and "utrina" is one of ownership rather than level of cultivation.
Does the land all belong to one property?

- Ne, oranica ne može po svojoj prirodi, jer su utrine i pašnjaci neplodna zemljišta, ali može voćnjak, šuma…
Also, in this law, Article 6 gives use including "gathering wild fruit", which shows that it's uncultivated.
