Please help...in a sale purchase agreement and the text goes like this
"A menos que las partes acordaren lo contrario, en caso de que surgieran contradicciones entre los términos y condiciones establecidos en este Contrato, los Niveles de servicio, las Condiciones especiales (si hubiera alguna) y el Pedido, se establecerá el siguiente orden de preferencia: el Pedido, las Condiciones especiales (si hubiera alguna), este Contrato, y los Niveles de servicio.
