Appears several times in a contract from Spain between two companies, one providing IT services to the other.
For example:
"Los servicios son aquellos servicios prestados por parte de (EMPRESA X) a favor y por cuenta de (EMPRESA Y)"
I've looked around on this site and elsewhere and my best shot is "to and at the expense of", as in
"The services are those services provided by (EMPRESA X) to and at the expense of (EMPRESA Y)"
But I was wondering if anyone had a better suggestion for what appears to be a stock phrase?
I am translating into British English.
