1. Introducción
Las principales definiciones para el proceso interfaz del pago de planillas se encuentran detallados en este documento.
La información enviada al SAP dependerá del tipo de cuenta, por esta razón los eventos contables con diferentes tipos de cuentas serán clasificados de acuerdo a las áreas del SAP requeridas para cada una de ellas.
Este documento contiene una descripción práctica del proceso interfaz y su relación con los eventos contables, requisitos indispensables para cada una de las cuentas, y los controles a necesitarse en este proceso, además de los casos especiales a encontrarse particularmente en la correspondiente elevación de los mismos.
2. Entorno
El sistema de planillas deberá ser desarrollado con todos los procesos asociados a los cálculos que le confiere (información del empleado, información de los sueldos, beneficios, prestamos, etc.), empadronamiento y pagos del sistema de seguridad social, calculo de provisiones para los beneficios de los empleados de las diversas relaciones laborales, entrega de beneficios finales de los empleados, la entrega de los resultados a las diferentes compañías donde el sistema de planillas es implementado. Además, los cheques emitidos a los empleados y el libro de planillas, estará de acuerdo a las normas legales vigentes del país.
Translation - English Payroll Functional Design
1. Introduction
The main functional definitions required for a payroll interface are detailed in this document.
Data to be sent to SAP depend on the type of accounting event posted, for that reason, accounting events with different types of postings have been classified, specifying the SAP fields required in each case.
This document contains a functional description of the interface and its relationship within accounting events, information requirements of each type of postings, the controls needed in the interface process and the special cases likely to appear in their corresponding loading.
2. Background
The payroll system should develop all processes associated with payroll calculation (employee’s data, information on salaries, benefits, loans, etc), settlement and social security payment, calculation of provisions for employee benefits of the various labor relationships, final settlement of employee benefits, the delivery of results for workers payment, and managerial reports needed for payroll management in the different companies where payroll system is implemented. In addition, worker’s pay check and payroll book should be according to the prevailing laws of the country.
