Source text - English In respect of bodily injury to a person other than an Employee and damage to property the Insurers will indemnify in terms of this section of the policy any principal on whose behalf the Insured in the course of the Business is undertaking work providing the Insurers shall not be liable in respect of any injury or damage due to or arising from any act or omission of the principal, his employees or agents.
The indemnity granted under this section of the policy shall extend to the provision of outside catering away from the premises.
Notwithstanding EXCLUSION (1) below the Insurers will indemnify the Insured in respect of legal liability arising out of the use of any motor vehicle not the property of or provided by the Insured and being used in the course of the Business whilst on the Insured's premise or on premises for which they are responsible.
The Company shall not be liable for
loss of or damage to such vehicle
and/or
injury or damage arising whilst such vehicle is being,
Driven with general consent of the Insured or of his representatives by any person who to the knowledge of the Insured or of such representative does not have license to drive such vehicle unless such a person has held and is not disqualified from holding or obtaining a license.
Translation - Arabic يتعهد المؤمن وفقا لأحكام هذا الفصل من وثيقة التأمين
بتعويض رب العمل الذين ينوب ويتولى المؤمن عليه
تنفيذ العمل لحسابه خلال الدوام وذلك بتأمين الضرر
الجسدي للأفراد من غير المستخد م ين والضرر الذي
يصيب الأموال، على أنه لا يكون المؤمن مسؤولا عن أي
إصابة أو ضرر بسبب أو ناشئ عن تصرف أو ترك من
رب العمل أو مستخدميه أو وكلائه.
ويسري التعويض الممنوح بموجب هذا الفصل من الوثيقة
على الأحكام الخاصة بتموين )توزيع الطعام( خارج
المباني.
) وعلى الرغم من ذلك الاستثناء ) 0 أدناه يتعهد المؤمن
بأن يعوض المؤمن عليه عن مسؤوليته القانونية المترتبة
على استخدام مركبة آلية غير مملوكة للمؤمن عليه أو
مقدمة منه داخل المبني المملوك للمؤمن عليه أو المبنى
الذي يكون تحت رعايته خلال دوام العمل.
ولا تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن:
)أ( هلاك أو تضرر هذه المركبة و/أو
)ب( الإصابة او الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام هذه
المركبة وذلك في حالة:
الرضا العام من المؤمن عليه أو نائبه ومعرفتهم بقيادة
شخص لا يملك رخصة لقيادة هذا النوع من المركبات في
حالة عدم حجز هذا الشخص والحيلولة بينه وبين حمل
مثل هذه الرخصة أو الحصول عليها
