I have worked in several international translation companies (SDL, Acolad, ITC) starting my career as a translator/proofreader, then as a Project Manager (6 years) and finally as a Head of production and operations department (6 years), with a total of 15 years of experience in the localisation and translation industry. I have managed multi-cultural teams and I am aware of the challenges that companies face on a daily basis, and I am constantly striving for operational excellence and efficiency. I provide translation companies and companies with translation needs with consulting services on operational aspects (management, profitability, KPIs, best practices, processes, recruitment, etc.). I also offer linguistics services such as editing, proofreading, rewriting, transcription, creation and maintenance of linguistic resources, software testing, QA/QC & AT quality scoring, post-editing.
