Although an electronics engineer by training, I have worked in translations since my student days.
I am a German national, but having grown up in Trinidad, I only attended English-speaking schools, which I finished with "A"-levels. I studied electronics/telecomms at the Technical University in Berlin and hold the degree "Diplom-Ingenieur".
With my wife, who is English, and two other qualified translators, I operate in the partnership (under German law) "technomedia which we founded in order to be able to handle multilingual contracts and larger jobs involving several translators under a common name and account.
