Is this course about SDL Getting Started or Multiterm? Oct 16, 2013

Hello everyone,
I am a bit confused about this course: its title refers to Multiterm but its description refers to SDL Getting Started.
Could you please tell me if I am missing something or if there is a mistake in this page?

Can SDL MultiTerm 2014 for Translators and Project Managers be taken separately? Oct 24, 2013

I am also a bit confused as Elena is.

I have been using Trados software versions 2009, 2011, and 2014 now; however I only got the Getting Started and Intermediate certifications for Trados Studio 2009.

I would like to continue my certification, but I have the following doubts:

1. Can I take this SDL MultiTerm 2014 for Translators and Project Managers course?
2. Can it be taken independently of the three levels for SDL Trados Studio 2014? I wonder since it i... See more

Payment of Multiterm 2014 Nov 12, 2013

Again I have problem in paying the course via the coupons I purchased before. Why isn't there an option for payment via "coupons purchased"? Can you register the course and arrange the payment for me?

I'm frustrated that my question is not attended to. Why isn't there an option to pay via "redeeming coupon"? What's the use of buying the coupons if I cannot use it to redeem a course?

Dear Daniel,

As far as I see, you are using two profiles at the website. As you may know, one profile is allowed per person. Creating a new profile to bypass restrictions or gain advantages is prohibited:
